Kaan Terzioglu is the Chief Executive Officer and a Board Member of VEON Group. He is also a Board Member of the GSMA, the mobile industry's global organization, and the Chair of the GSMA Foundation. In 2019, Mr. Terzioglu received GSMA’s “Outstanding Contribution to the Industry” award for his leadership in defining a digital transformation model for the telecoms industry, and for his contributions to socially responsible business. Prior to joining VEON in 2019, Terzioglu was the CEO of Turkcell Group from 2015 to 2019.

Burak Ozer is the Chief Financial Officer of VEON with nearly 30 years of international experience. He started his career at Xerox Istanbul as a Financial Planning Analyst, was then the Director of Financial Planning for Xerox Emerging Markets, was later the CFO of Xerox Central and Eastern Europe based in London, UK, and also worked in Xerox HQ operations in Connecticut, USA.

Lasha Tabidze has over 15 years of senior management position experience and a strong track record in delivering digital products and digital transformation especially in the telecommunications sector. His previous roles include CEO of Beeline Georgia, which was part of VEON Group until 2022. During his tenure, Lasha and his team introduced a number of innovations in the sector, including offering services as a package; full self-service both in-store and from any device; innovative digital products, including one of the most popular mobile applications in Georgia to date, MyBeeline, and others. Lasha has a strong entrepreneurial streak having created and led successful startups.

Anand has over 25 years of experience in global financial markets, with particular emphasis on the technology, media, and telecom (TMT) sectors and the Pan-Asian region, and brings rich experience developed in bulge bracket investment banks and telecom corporate roles. He has worked in Singapore, Hong Kong and Mumbai. Anand joined from Singapore Telecom, where he most recently served as Vice President, Business Management, Group CEO Office. During his eight-year tenure at Singapore Telecom, he led strategic initiatives and managed the business and operational cadence.

Ahmet leads the group’s digital financial services and digital assets business, building scalable platforms and partnerships at the intersection of telecom, fintech, cross-border payments, and digital assets. He brings two decades of experience as an entrepreneur, executive, and board director across technology, fintech, and data platforms in the Middle East, Türkiye, and South Asia. Prior to joining VEON, he served as Head of International and Board Member at DGPAYS, where he scaled the company’s international business. In 2024, he led the acquisition of a 65% stake in NEOPAY, Mashreq Bank’s former payments arm, where he served as Executive Director following the acquisition.

Aamir is Chief Executive Officer of Jazz, Pakistan’s number one 4G operator and leading digital service provider with around 71 million subscribers. Prior to his position as CEO, Aamir was Jazz’s Deputy CEO and Chief Commercial Officer. Aamir has over two decades of international experience as a senior executive across multiple industries and continents. Prior to joining Jazz, Aamir was the Senior Vice President for Telenor Group, where he led distribution initiatives across Asia. Aamir has also held senior leadership positions at Ford Motor Company, Jaguar & Land Rover.

Oleksandr joined VEON in 2013 and since 2015 was CEO of Beeline Kazakhstan, where he oversaw solid revenue growth and the launch of new digital services. In addition to that role, he was initially appointed interim CEO of Kyivstar in July 2018. He moved to become permanent CEO of Kyivstar in December that same year. Before joining VEON, Oleksandr was Director General of GroupM, the largest marketing company in Ukraine, and held several senior marketing and commercial roles with international and Ukrainian companies. Oleksandr holds an MBA degree from the Stockholm School of Economics. He also is a graduate of the Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.

Jabbor Kayumov was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Beeline Kazakhstan in April 2026. Before his appointment, he served as Chief Executive Officer for the Telco Business at Beeline Kazakhstan. Prior to that, he held leadership roles across multiple international companies, including serving as CEO of Ncell in Nepal and leading Digicel’s operations in Jamaica and Trinidad & Tobago, where he oversaw their transformation into digital operators. He also served as CEO of Beeline Tajikistan. His leadership experience spans strategic transformation, commercial growth, organizational development, and digital innovation.

Johan Buse was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Banglalink in April 2025. Johan joins Banglalink from StarHub in Singapore where he led the Consumer Business Group focusing on strategy and business transformation. Johan has decades of experience in the telecom industry across Europe, Asia and the Middle East. He previously served as the Chief Commercial Officer of Ooredoo Oman and held senior positions at Deutsche Telekom Croatia, AXIS and Singtel.

Evgeniy Nastradin was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Beeline Uzbekistan in April 2026. Prior to this, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Beeline Kazakhstan, a role he assumed in February 2019. Evgeniy joined VEON in 2016 as Chief Commercial Officer at Beeline Kazakhstan, where he contributed to a period of strong revenue growth and the successful launch of new digital services. Before joining VEON, he was Deputy CEO of a leading consumer finance company in Russia.

Murtaza Ali is the Chief Executive Officer of JazzCash, Pakistan’s leading digital financial services provider, serving over 62 million customers. He brings more than 25 years of experience in financial services, telecommunications, and corporate strategy. He has held leadership roles at JazzCash since 2019 and previously served as CFO of Telenor Microfinance Bank and on the Board of Mobilink Microfinance Bank. A Chartered Accountant, Murtaza began his career at Ernst & Young and serves on the Advisory Board of the International Association of Money Transfer Networks (IAMTN).

Haaris Mahmood Chaudhary is the Chief Executive Officer of Mobilink Bank, bringing over two decades of international experience in banking, financial services, and digital transformation. He joined Mobilink Bank as Chief Operating Officer in 2023 and subsequently served as Interim CEO before assuming his current role. Previously, Haaris held leadership positions at the Universal Service Fund Pakistan, Citibank, Barclays Capital, Clariden Leu Asset Management (Credit Suisse), and ABN AMRO. He is focused on expanding digital financial services and accelerating financial inclusion across Pakistan.
